Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern every reservation booked with BlackCarService.NYC (1420 6th Ave, New York, NY 10019) — including reservations made online at blackcarservice.nyc, by phone at (646) 798-6550, or by email. By booking a service, you agree to the terms below. Questions about these terms can be directed to info@blackcarservice.nyc.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with Black Car Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Reservations

Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. We accept last-minute bookings subject to availability.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time for sedans/SUVs may be subject to a full charge. Specialty vehicles require 24-48 hours notice.

4. Wait Time

A grace period is provided for all pickups (60 mins for airport arrivals, 15 mins for others). Wait time charges apply thereafter.

5. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is intoxicated, unruly, or poses a threat to the safety of the chauffeur or vehicle.

6. Liability

Black Car Service is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, severe weather, or unforeseen traffic conditions.
