Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern every reservation booked with BlackCarService.NYC — including reservations made online at blackcarservice.nyc, by phone at (646) 798-6550, or by email. By booking a service, you agree to the terms below. Questions about these terms can be directed to info@blackcarservice.nyc.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with Black Car Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Reservations
Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. We accept last-minute bookings subject to availability.
3. Cancellations
Sedan and SUV bookings receive a full refund when cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Sprinter bookings receive a full refund when cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations inside the applicable notice period are charged in full. Mercedes-Benz S-Class cancellation terms are confirmed on the written reservation.
4. Wait Time
Airport pickups include 45 minutes of complimentary waiting for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights, starting when the flight actually lands. We track your flight. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting. Overtime is billed for the actual additional minutes at the applicable per-minute rate for your selected vehicle.
5. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is intoxicated, unruly, or poses a threat to the safety of the chauffeur or vehicle.
6. Liability
Black Car Service is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, severe weather, or unforeseen traffic conditions.
7. Pricing
Estimated hourly rates are $120/hr for a sedan, $150/hr for an SUV, from $175/hr for an S-Class, and from $200/hr for a Sprinter. The 3-hour minimum applies to hourly bookings only. 3-hour minimums are $360, $450, from $525, and from $600. Sedan and SUV hourly rates include gratuity and applicable service and card fees; do not add another 20% to those rates. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates; the booking form confirms your final price, which can vary with taxes, tolls and availability. Airport and point-to-point itineraries require a route-specific written quote. Itinerary extras are confirmed on that written quote.
