How the service works

You book a vehicle class and an itinerary. Dispatch at 1420 6th Ave confirms the chauffeur, the car, and the pickup point. On an airport arrival, the flight number is on the reservation and the car is timed to the landing, with waiting included for the allowance stated on the quote. On an hourly booking the same chauffeur stays with you for the reserved hours. Sedan, SUV, S-Class, and Sprinter are the four classes. A one-way airport or point-to-point trip is quoted on its own and is not billed as a 3-hour hourly minimum.
